As the first US-based hire for In-Lite and in my role as BD Manager, I am responsible for the expansion of the In-Lite outdoor lighting dealer and professional network with an emphasis on growing the California market segment.

• Launched a new product division.• Drove a substantial increase in revenue through strategic initiatives and effective sales management. • Acted as the main point of contact for 50+ OEM customers, facilitating product integration and providing comprehensive education on products, market trends, and regulatory considerations.• Drove an increase in customer acquisition rate, strategically expanding the division’s core customer base. • Advised the company’s senior legal leadership in the development of a novel streamlined process within Salesforce for the requesting, creation, and documentation of legal agreements, adopted company-wide.• Strengthened total market share of the managed product category and maintained dominant market control year over year.

• Managed relationships with distribution customers, conducting on-site customer education, product demonstrations, and training to enhance product understanding.• Guided the implementation team through the successful adoption of a new CRM system (Salesforce), serving as the Salesforce Administrator and advocating for the needs of the sales staff. • Designed extensive Salesforce training modules implemented across departments, increasing active user rate. • Launched quarterly social and paid media marketing initiatives, forging strategic partnerships with industry collaborators increasing brand awareness.
