Meraki Studios is a company that creates UGC within popular games. As a Project Lead, my main task was to lead the production and vision of our projects for the Minecraft Marketplace.My role at Meraki Studios included some of the following responsibilities:◾ Manage a team of artists, developers, level designers, and other creative professionals.◾ Track project progress against established timelines and milestones, and proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks.◾ Use tools such as Jira, GitHub, Trello, and others to monitor current issues and track project progress.

Katalyst collaborated with brands and creators to help create memorable experiences within games. This was done through interactive events, video/content production, game servers, and more.My role at Katalyst included some of the following responsibilities:◾ Lead the production process from concept stage to release, overseeing the entire development cycle to ensure successful project delivery.◾ Manage our Community Team: making sure that our players are engaging with and enjoying the experiences we are providing, and that our community is a welcoming and safe environment.◾ Communicate and negotiate with clients, ensuring their demands are being met.

Intermissum was a company that created live game servers and experiences for players across the world to enjoy, serving over 3M unique players during its lifespan.My role at Intermissum included some of the following responsibilities:◾ Managed day-to-day operations of live gaming services.◾ Oversee content and development teams to ensure updates, new games, and content are created on time and to the required standard.◾ Interact regularly with our community members, listening to their feedback and using it to improve our product and overall experience.◾ Lead various marketing campaigns designed to grow our game servers, primarily done through influencer marketing.
