Epic Application Analyst specializing in Grand Central and Prelude, both ambulatory and acute. Involved in the successful go live of over 100 physician practices and currently 2 hospitals, with another 9 hospitals and 100+ practices planned. Directly involved in constant discussions, meetings, and educational training sessions with operational leadership, both ambulatory and acute. Helped develop the majority of the ADT workflows, insurance verification, and other GC/Pre elements, with occasional assistance in other applications, including PB, HB, Cadence, Ambulatory, Stork, and more.

As a Quality Assurance Tester for Innovative Information Technologies (IIT), I work under contract for AT&T Research & Development to verify the integrity of their mobile video streaming applications. My testing has been conducted on Android, Windows 8.1, and Android Gear (Samsung Gear Watch). As a QA Tester, I am responsible for identifying expected features for the application as well as writing test cases to verify these features are implemented. I also need to modify these test cases regularly, as the design specifications change very frequently. I am also responsible for catching and documenting any bugs found in the application and reporting them to the developers as soon as possible. We work in relatively small groups for each project (2-5 people) in order to divide up the work evenly and verify the correctness of other group member's work.
