My childhood helped me realize my goal is to help people feel empowered in their financial pursuits of freedom, feel confident knowing their families are taken care of as well as their future retirement planned. Growing up with two older siblings and watching my parents struggle financially to make ends meet for the family, I quickly realized the difficulties many families like ourselves face. At a young age, I sat in my mom’s car driving to 3 separate schools for drop-off and pick up. All the while, I listened to thousands of her work calls as she worked tirelessly for our family.Throughout my early academic years, I knew I wanted to establish myself in an industry where I could learn the best and right ways to manage finances for my family now, and for future generations. Striving for this goal, I decided to study Economics and Philosophy at Saint Mary’s College of CA to grasp a better understanding of how the U.S. economy affects each person individually on a financial and personal level. My first year in college I began an internship for Element Wealth Management. Mentored by seasoned professionals with combined decades of experience in the financial sector, I obtained my Series 7 and 66 licenses (held through LPL Financial) enabling me to become a financial advisor. During my studies, I was able to share the information I was learning - such as basic finances of budgeting and investing - with clients, friends, classmates, and family. I am honored to be in the position to share my education with others in hopes they create a strong foundation for their present or future families. In addition to my educational experience, my actual life experience has taught me this:- Personal finance is an incredibly emotional topic for everyone- While the numbers are important, it is equally important to actively listen to others’ life goals, worries, and unique situations- There is great value in hardwork and savings no matter the amount- Avoid the fear of asking questionsMy goal is to learn as much as possible and continue to support, educate, and assist our clients in their financial goals and help soothe their worries for their loved ones. Everyone should have accessibility to professional financial advice. If you have questions about your finances, investing, or just want to chat about the best soccer team (Manchester United obviously), please reach out.
