Specific Duties: Customer Advisory Specialist are responsible for handling Expedia's highest level of service issues, and supporting the Company's Experience Management (CEM) initiatives on a daily basis. They provide their knowledge and expertise to all Expedia Operation Centers and partners businesses to effectively resolve any service-related issues while balancing both the needs of the customer and the business. Customer Advisory Specialists also coordinate and support specific CEM retention efforts, partnering with other areas, both internally and within the Expedia, Inc. network, in an effort to provide the highest level of customer service possible.Reason for leaving: Office ClosureDiscover Rims to Rent

Specific Duties: Customer service to include but not limited to assisting customers with information regarding proper wheel and tire fitments for vehicles, receiving both wheel and tire shipments from vendors, ordering product from vendors, to run inventory to be sure that all product is in proper order. Also resolve any customer problems to benefit both the customer and the company, approve or disapprove any application from potential customers, guide employees with servicing customers and their needs, taking customer payments, and coordinate outside events to promote business as a whole.Reason for Leaving: Better opportunity

Specific Duties: Customer service, both internal and external to include but not limited to, attempting to resolve customer problems, communicating with customers and others to promote, develop, and finalize the sale of the Company's worldwide flight schedules, domestic and international products and services; provide day to day leadership; encourage employee empowerment, coaching, feedback, and input to management; encourage goal achievement and accountability at the front line; give instruction and training to employees of the same or lower classification.Reason for Leaving: Office closure
