Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new customers at multiple levels of the organization. Customers include both OEMS (Honda, General Motors) and Tier Ones (Howa US, Howa MX, Great Lakes Trim, Leggett & Platt, Grupo Antolin & Bridge of Weir).Annual customer program sales; Honda $8.1 million, Howa $2.4 million, Leggett and Platt $1.6 million, General Motors $1.5 million, Grupo Antolin $1.5 million, Great Lakes Trim $400k. Responsible for managing designated customer programs from a commercial standpoint, routing all quotes and raising/resolving all customer concerns.Manage and build cohesiveness between all disciplines within our organization, ranging from Engineering, Purchasing, Program Management and personnel within our manufacturing facilities, to ensure the needs of our customers are met, all while keeping in mind organizational goals and financials. Determine pricing and deliver customer quotations in a timely manner.Handle all negotiations stemming from submitted pricing with both our internal and client’s needs and wants in mind.
