CurrentI head up the Australian Support Team for Litmos. We are based out in Melbourne, Australia, and also have teams in India, Serbia and USA. The primary application we support is Litmos LMS. We provide 24/7 support to our client base.I have been with the company since 2012, and during my time I have had to support multiple platforms through various acquisitions until we had all our clients migrate on the one platform; the Litmos LMS.Whilst supporting the LMS, we also support a 2000+ course library where clients may wish to utilise in Litmos or their own Learning Management System too.Including managing the support team, some major projects / tasks that I have been involved in at my time at SAP Litmos are:- Working with SAP teams to integrate Learning Seat (original company) into SAP- Migration of Knowledge Based Articles to Service Now- Migrations of multiple Support ticketing systems (Salesforce Service Cloud > ZenDesk / ZenDesk > Service NOW)- Implementing new clients onto Learning Seat's LMS (LearnConnect and Learning Seat LMS)- Migrating clients from The Learning Centre (Learning Seat's older LMS) to LearnConnect- Implementation Documentation for LearnConnect- Migration Documentation for LearnConnect- Involvement in LearnConnect product development- Involvement in Learning Seat LMS product development- Releasing Litmos Heroes library (250+ titles) into all Learning Seat platforms in short turnaround- Releasing and retiring Learning Seat courses into all platform solutionsIT/Infrastructure related- Coordinating IT asset relocation to SAP Melbourne main office- Infrastructure migration to SAP IT- Migrating email/office: MS Exchange > GSuite (Google Apps) / GSuite > 365 / 365 > 365- Migration of acquisition company to Google Apps for Business- Deploying Computer Images to PC after migrating away from NEWS Corp- Azure AD configuration- File Sever migration- Mobile Fleet (Australia)Formerly Infrastructure & Support Manager
