As a Business manager some of my duties included:- Reviewing customer personal and business credit applications to determine the best lending institution to fit their monthly payment goals- Introducing myself to the customer with a high level of professionalism and walking them through the financing process- Submitting credit applications for the customers- Negotiating with lenders to obtain the most aggressive interest rate- Preparing all the necessary documentation needed before the customer enters the office in order to have a smooth timely transaction- Presenting the customer with loan protection options such as comprehensive mechanical and electrical vehicle protection, total loss loan payoff protection, and credit life and disability protection.- Putting together a custom option that fits the customers monthly payment goal while still providing the maximum amount of protection for their investment- Finalizing the transaction and disclosing all associated charges of their purchase- Registering the vehicle with the DMV whether that be in state or out of state financed and cash transactions.- Having weekly meetings with the sales and management staff to ensure meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals- Keeping detailed daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports on the total gross and net profit for the dealership- Responding to any and all questions, comments or concerns from customers, lenders, DMV, insurance agencies, or internally via e-mail, phone, fax, or in person promptly and with a high level of professionalism
