Ensure warehouse standards are met and maintained on a daily basis.∙ Ensure deliveries are unloaded and stocked out in a timely fashion and according to OSE standards.∙ Provide care for the animals. This includes administering treatment and medication to the animals that require it.∙ Ensure and verify pricings. Following up with DMB notices to maintain 100% accuracy.∙ Ensures the store in-stock value is maintained according to standards with blue dots every week and regular inventory counts.∙ Setting POG’s to aid in maintaining visual store standards.∙ Perform regular “housekeeping” tasks such as bathroom cleaning, mopping, and sweeping, to maintain store standards.∙ Perform a “Weekly Meet” to stay up to date on store sales, profit margin, and other important metrics for the store.∙ Supervise all Merchandise Operations Specialists∙ Lead, coach, and assist all partners in completing their tasks in a timely manner.∙ Ensure customers are pleased with their in-store experience, and TBS stays in the WOW range by dropping tasks to assist customers and also aiding store partners in providing WOW customer service.∙ Complete partner evaluations for all Merch Ops Specialists.∙ Oversee/Perform hourly animal health checks as well as hourly grooming checks to assure every aspect is running as smoothly as possible.
