I'm a lifelong student reaching the end of my formal education in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. While pursuing my PhD, I have amassed a lot of great experience on the practitioner side with a variety of HR, L&D, and Consulting roles. I have a passion for human capital metrics and interventions to improve them. My peers may like this work, but I love it.
