Director Of Field Operations
CurrentManage all aspects of ReArch’s construction field operations. This will include assigning and overseeing ReArch’s field staff, foster a strong safety culture, conduct career development sessions with direct reports and provide tools and support to help grow people in their careers, update and implement standard operating procedures, assist and mentor teams on proper work planning, ensuring on-time delivery of projects, monitor project job costs and cost projections, oversee quality control, ensure strong project completion and closeout processes, and maintain contact with Clients throughout the building process, warranty period and beyond. In collaboration with the Vice President of Construction and the company’s senior management, the Director of Field Ops will work to ensure that ReArch is delivering unparalleled service to our clients, maintaining strong working relationships with trade and design partners, and protecting ReArch’s interests. Working out of our Vermont office and overseeing all construction projects in NH, VT and the surrounding states.
