Reporting to the Directors, I am responsible for managing Nuflow’s Asia Pacific Region business expansion. This includes nurturing prospects into clients, and selling the portfolio of Nuflow’s services throughout the Asian markets. In addition, my role involves supporting the current client base of Nuflow Technologies in the Asia Pacific Region.** Roles & Responsibilities *** Develop our portfolio of prospects into clients, selling the full service mix of Nuflow Technoloiges* Develop multiple contacts with each Client account (influencers, decision-makers and stakeholders)* Grow a loyal Client base* Generate leads through market and client research* Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics within specific markets* Enjoyment of working in an international environment* Strong knowledge base in Freight Forwarding and Customs* Maintain a good understanding of client business segment and of solutions proposed by the competition.* Identify and analyze customer needs and develop solutions adapted to client expectations* Negotiate prices and conditions based on the type of service offering* Ability to demonstrate a structured approach to planning and managing the sales process

Network Services duties include BAU support and ability to take on project work;• Identification of Risk/Failure points in QIC LAN/WAN/WLAN network and identify mitigates to rectify. • Data Centre Operations – Rack management, cable management and patching, install, configure and maintain network components. Also install server components and APC racks.• Networking duties – Management of QIC network. Responsible for the administration of LAN and WAN, VOIP, Firewall, IDS, WLAN and datacenter.• WAN –WAN infrastructure consisting of OPTUS Evolve & OPI, using BGP and RIP v2. Also remote sites using Expand Accelerators.• Documentation - Maintain and produce visio and pdf network diagrams. • Remote Office setup – Setup new sites liaising with vendor (Optus/Telstra)and site staff. Prepare/install network components and make live for users.• FW / IDS management – Rule management and appliance maintenance, Signature and HW maintenance. Management using Checkpoint Smartconsole NGX R62 and Cisco IPS manager express.Project Work :o RIP to BGP migration for our WAN sites and Internet routers. o Cutover national sites to new WAN service and make live with new network equipment. o Setup several sites with Call Manager express and unity express on Cisco 2851 routers. Site to Site IPSEC VPN. o Implantation of OCS 2007 and rollout of MOC to users. Integration with CUCM 6.1.3 and CUCI-MOC.• Voice administration for Global Head office using Call Manager 6.1.3.
