My current job title at Ecodrive Transmissions Ltd is Sales Administrator, I have had this role at Ecodrive for 10 years, some of my main duties include; taking orders for parts and drivetrain items, such as gearboxes, axles and suspension parts for truck, buses and coaches. I take the orders over the phone, on email and face to face with customers, most of which I have built very good working relationships. As Ecodrive is only a small business, I have learnt other parts of the business such as; accounts, purchasing and stock control (which included learning how the stores area works). During my 10 years at Ecodrive, I have earned 2 NVQ’s in Business Administration, Level 2 and level 3. I have also passed an in house Fork Lift Truck license for counter balance and aisle trucks. I also helped introduce our bespoke business software, by going on training and delivering the knowledge I have learnt of the system to fellow employees.
