• Manages Site Facilities team, Service Support, technicians and other third party contractors to ensure strict adherence to Facilities policies, systems, and procedures. Direct Reports (1-Facilities Specialist, 1-Maintenance, 8-Housekeeping, 7-Security)• Oversees maintenance and repair programs of all company-owned and leased physical assets and equipment. Coordinates facility maintenance and troubleshooting of critical areas of the facility such as UPS, PACU, FM200 and A/C equipment.• Creates and prepares facilities budget spreadsheet and performs budget analysis and interpretation.• Updates, implements disaster recovery plan of the company.• Manages all Real Estate related programs such as but not limited to: project evaluation, project management, renovation works, maintenance works, capacity seat planning for existing and future clients, business analysis and other administrative functions• Coordinates with the building management and other government agencies.

 Oversee operations and services of the facility including maintenance, housekeeping, security, mailing, concierge and business centers.  Pioneered the set-up of Engineering and Operations of the Building. Involved in the testing and commissioning of equipment, punch list and turn-over of units during the post-construction stage of the building. Ensured smooth, safe and efficient running operation of all building equipment and assist Property Manager in handling such administration works.  Established efficient preventive maintenance program for building’s equipment and facilities. Prepared and formulate annual engineering budget. Monitor and analyze all expenses and recommend measures to control them. In charge of inventory management and purchasing of engineering supplies. In charge of tenant fit-out to ensure that they meet building standards, including checking of documents, plans etc.  Implement projects for building improvements and ENERCON programs. Assist and attend to tenants and clients needs, ascertaining their complaints, problems and difficulties, resolving these promptly. Ensure that all operations and related administration and maintenance activities are properly and effectively carried out. Handles renewal of government regulatory permits and maintenance contracts of the building.
