Hello! Thanks for checking out my profile.I love story. I love to connect with people. My passion is to connect people through stories.Whether through films, novels, animation, or even video games, I’m excited by a creative story’s ability to immerse people in other worlds. When I was a kid, I’d collect figurines of Mega Man, Mario, Mickey Mouse, and Bugs Bunny. I’d build Lego ships, castles, and mini-figure superheroes. Then I’d go outside and let my imagination form the worlds that the neighborhood kids and I would exist in. Sometimes it was Narnia. Other times, the world was Star Trek, Star Wars, or the Legend of Zelda.Now, I create worlds with words. I spent several seasons in LA working for a couple entertainment companies, as well as developing and pitching story ideas. Since that time, I’ve developed settings for novels and film projects, such as Sangel and the Arcworlds, as well as spec-scripts for an anime based on the video game legend, Mega Man X. My major project over the past decade has been to research and develop a graphic novel adaptation of John Milton’s epic Paradise Lost.One of the most rewarding experiences in my life has been to build tight-knit teams. I recognized the skill of connecting with people, listening to them, being interested in their passions, and encouraging their talents. We became a family that enjoyed being around each other. I’ve had the privilege of employing this ability outside my profession and have functioned as a mentor and older brother to many younger guys. We hang out together, pray together, and workout together. We help each other grow. I carry this ability to connect with individuals wherever I go.I aim to obtain a job that combines creative storytelling with a relational team unified by shared vision and purpose.
