- Audit customer information and disputes any inaccurate data.
- Answer customer calls and send disclosures as requested.
- Redirect incoming calls in order to get the customer to the proper area.
- Receive expedited calls in order to provide high quality customer service for calls requiring advanced knowledge.
- Generate and mail letters to customers in regards to their disputes.
- Audit and modify consumer credit files per responses and requests.
