A well versed and knowledgeable lecturer in Business and Law in the Further Education sector and eagerly looking for Higher Education lecturing opportunities to further challenge my career ambitions and profile. Passionate and dedicated motivator with a dynamic personality reflected in many years in the commercial and academic sectors.Teaching a broad range of specific subjects in Business, Law and Travel & Tourism with great enthusiasm to engage and motivate learners on A/S, A Level and BTEC study programmes. Subjects include, The Business Environment, Starting a Small Business, Aspects of Contract and Business Law and Employment Law are some examples of knowledge and content that have been successfully delivered. Also, added responsibility as Lead Internal Verifier with vast experience of EdExcel/BTEC Business covering Levels 1-3 and adhering to quality and integrity of assignment briefs and learner work.With the valuable exposure and experience in Further Education, I am now seeking a dynamic lecturing role at Higher Education level to enhance my teaching profile and style and to further my career ambitions. I have also mentored and coached many undergraduate students over the years which has reinforced and demonstrated variable skill platforms to build strong core values and motivation and to provide deep understanding and purpose to student’s career goals.Throughout my career I have had nurturing roles from various aspects of business and have developed skills which harbour the great desire and intensities to helping people, teams and businesses to realise their potential. Working alongside like-minded people has afforded me the foresight to support those in a structured method with a great purpose of intent.
