Founder/CEO, Compound Crossfit 2007- 2013Upon getting out of the military I opened a training facility where I could share my love for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. I created and operated Compound Crossfit from nothing to an organization that at its peak had a team of ten trainers leading a cliental of roughly 150 members. During this time I also organized and conducted several fitness and outdoor events in the Virginia Beach, Virginia area. This experience truly solidified my love for teaching and helping others.

Serving as the Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (VBSS) course Combatives Team Leader for the Chesapeake, VA learning site. U.S. Navy, Ordnance Clearance Diver, Instructor - 1995-2007The highly demanding job as a diver instilled into me the ability and confidence to work alone or in small groups under harsh and stressful conditions, resulting in a high degree of proficiency and problem solving ability. As a military instructor I have over 7 years experience in curriculum development and delivery of numerous high risk courses. With this training I bring a very high degree of professionalism and organization to the table.
