Management of mixed-use, infill, transit oriented and sustainable entitlement/development projects throughout California. Oversight includes: land acquisition, planning and entitlements, debt and equity financing, investor relations, City/Agency negotiations, community relations, sales and marketing. Responsible for coordinating the efforts of project consultants, community stakeholders, and City officials in the management and facilitation of development projects. • Raised/secured over $100MM in debt and equity financing for entitlement and development• Facilitated the disposition of entitled land to a nationally renowned development entity• Raised $10MM in State/Federal Grants for a major regional transit infrastructure project

Assisted Executive Vice President in analyzing and underwriting real estate investments, acquisitions, and refinancing strategies for clients. Reviewed financial feasibility of various product types including: residential, retail, hotel, office, multi-family housing, and mixed-use projects.

Founded and managed a design/reprographics center serving international real estate development clientele of a professional services company. Coordinated the design and production of presentation packages for all stages of entitlement and development: entitlements, CEQA, Form-Based Codes, Schematic - Construction Documents, marketing, public relations and leasing.
