As an add or replace technician, I assisted in replacing Carrier furnaces and air conditioners, Mitsubishi mini-split systems, water heaters, and plumbing fixtures. My responsibilities included: removal of old equipment, installation of ductwork and appropriate hardware, equipment installation, system setup, ensuring customer aesthetics were met, working with the customer to meet their needs, ensuring a clean and safe work environment, shop/van organization, inventory etc. This experience provided me with practical knowledge in the trades and a passion for impacting the comfort and livelihood of the community.
