EHS at Exact Sciences spans the entire organization. Not only in Madison, but at all locations including California, Arizona, and Massachusetts. As a coordinator, I have been able to work with almost every department in some capacity. I led the shift to a remote presentation of our new hire training as well as delivered this training weekly for over a year. I was also able to help source, and implement a software solution for EHS Incident Management, as well as inspections, audits, and other modules for the entire organization. Other projects include SDS creation, SDS database management, Chemical Inventory, Lockout Tagout implementation, Facility emergency map creation, leading a safety committee, developing a chemical disposal process, multiple document revisions, and many more.

Worked in reagent manufacturing for medical devices. GDP and GMP environment under FDA and ISO regulations. As a lead, responsibilities included an understanding of more complex and robust processes, performing and leading deviations, investigations, corrective actions, and document updates. Writing and updating documents to ensure proper GDP and efficient GMP as well. Used Microsoft Office often with many process improvements implemented using Microsoft Excel.

Worked to synthesize DNA for use in medical diagnostics and other related fields. Performed tests to ensure the highest quality of product. Performed tasks to maintain high standards of the laboratory workspace. Worked in Biosafety Level 2 laboratory with highly concentrated amplicons as well as infections agents.

Perform a multitude of tasks to ensure the production of high quality veterinary vaccines. Working in and out of lab in a variety of roles using SOPs and following GMP and GDP according to strict standards.
