Key projects and accomplishments during this tenure at Epsilon included:- Closely partnered with HR team to roll-out new HR programs in 2016.- Member of HR project team to launch Epsilon's Bangalore, India office in 2015. Worked with SMEs to develop training plans for new associates.- Core member of the HR project team responsible for onboarding Conversant associates when Epsilon purchased them in 2014. Developed a one stop shop web portal for all key communications, dates and deadlines. Created onboarding materials and guides for all new associates. Trained all onboarding facilitators and was lead facilitator for the largest Conversant location.- Built and launched a robust New Hire Onboarding program in Summer 2014- Partnered with Franklin Covey to build out Mastering Epsilon curriculum of 10 courses on Epsilon's products & solutions. This content won a Brandon Hall Award in 2013 for "Best Custom Content".Awards & Recognition:- Two time "Hr Shining Star Award" winner in 2017 & 2018

Key projects and responsibilities at this time included:Responsible for classroom, on the job and online training sessions for the sales organization within Epsilon. Support multiple verticals/markets to identify training needs, develop and deliver content for the sales organization. Responsible for in-depth new hire training program for sales, recurrent training, integration training. Developed content, facilitated and worked on logistics for annual/semi-annual national sales meetings.Manage a small team who supports product training, and some soft skills for the sales and client services organization within Epsilon.

Supported 6 markets within the Abacus organization for all of their training needs. Responsible for developing content and logistics for annual sales meetings. Worked closely with Sales Leaders to identify training needs.
