As the Sr. Release Manager I organized the go-live operations of next-generation industry-leading advertising and media platforms. I composed launch deployment plans and aligned 20 teams across four countries. I executed SCRUM ceremonies encompassing release planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. I leveraged Docker and Kubernetes on Linux with integration middle-ware service on Windows to support to a multi-tier platform. I created best practices and process requirements for mobile application releases, supporting and growing a high-performance development team.Noted Accomplishments:* Served as the Solutions Architect for a SaaS implementation of remote telestration software, delivered on-site and remote product training that was vital to the transition of a remote workforce during the COVID pandemic for a wide scope of business units.* Operated as the Project Manager and user adoption point person for the premiere production of wearable technology; collaborated with avionic technicians to support a digital work instruction platform that delivered dynamically generated wiring diagrams and cut time and manufacturing defects.* Introduced the role of Mobile Application Release Engineer within a new mobile app development team, employed an enterprise MDM solution that advanced the app though the development and testing lifecycles and placed them into production more rapidly.* Developed an automated process for two Scrum teams, utilizing Jenkins and Microsoft Axure Dev Ops that decreased the human error and provide increased opportunities to identify code flaws through test gates.
