As a Senior Consultant at SCI Consulting Group, I support public agencies across California in achieving their goals and addressing their needs. I earned a degree in Politics from UC Santa Cruz, with coursework focusing on Political Economy, which has helped me understand the complex and dynamic issues facing local governments and communities.My main focus at SCI is working with Groundwater Sustainability Agencies in pursuing funding for GSP implementation, a critical and challenging task for water management in the state. I have successfully applied my quantitative and qualitative research skills to identify and secure multiple funding sources for my clients, as well as to evaluate and improve their financial and operational performance. I also enjoy working with various types of special districts, cities, and counties, on a diverse range of project types, such as revenue enhancement, strategic planning, and public engagement. I am always eager to learn new things and contribute to the improvement of public service delivery.
