Preplanning includes determining optimal strain gauge placement, coordinating contractors, developing emergency response plans, analyzing stress and survey reports, and high stress mitigation plans including excavation, pipe manipulation, stoppling, hot taps, cut outs, bypasses, etc to minimize lost production with a constant dedication to safety and compliance.

Develop an understanding of directional plans, hydraulic mud program, operating range of rig equipment, pumps, compressors, generators, BOP's, etc.○Learn and develop skills in the area of well stimulation, completion techniques, ball and baffle fracing, open-hole completions, open-hole packer systems, cementing, fishing operations, pipe recovery, whip stocks, workovers, snubbing operations, material and supply chain management processes such as completing requisitions, reviewing and evaluating bid proposals, and holding contractor pre-bid meetings, pipeline specifications . Coordinate and interpret information and data from pipeline pigging and in-line inspections. gas processing and compression. Perform modeling and sizing of natural gas gathering and transmission systems and facilities.○Learn and develop skills in production engineering such as production forecasting, maximizing production for natural gas wells, cost estimating, budgeting and AFE preparation. Use statistical analyses and other diagnostic tools used in production logging, well testing and flow analysis to identify opportunities for improving production.○Develop an understanding of all environmental and oil and gas related Federal and State laws, guidelines and procedures as they relate to drilling, construction, pipelining, and production.

○Conduct engineering design reviews.
