At Austad's we strive to help each customer improve their game and have more fun, both on the course and in our stores. My job is to ensure Austad's engages the communities we serve, the customers who interact with our brand and the employees who make this company special.

Ryan works to gain a deep understanding of his client's business and the environment in which they operate. To that end, he is able to create and advise on solutions that add value to the organization and increase shareholder returns. Leveraging Gallup's behavioral economics, Ryan's work informs company's marketplace and human capital strategies.

Ryan leverages Gallup's world class behavioral economic science to help the world's largest organizations solve problems. Central to this thinking is the identification of individuals innate "talent" to fit their role, developing that talent based upon their strengths, engaging workgroups to reach potential, understanding both the rational and emotional component customers have with brands, developing scientific leadership and succession models amongst other things to optimize business performance.

Austad's Golf was started on the kitchen table of Ryan's grandparents house in 1963 as the first catalog was pieced together. Austad's quickly grew to be the world's largest golf catalog. Today Austad's operates brick and mortar retail locations, primarily in the midwest, while serving a global customer base via the internet and catalog. Through Ryan's continued ownership and work with Austad's he has gained valuable experience in management, leadership, and strategic problem solving.
