• Working as a managed services provider for a multitude of different clients, providing, 24x7 remote and as-needed onsite assistance through SaaS remote software and weekly/bi-weekly client site visits.• Responsible for the maintenance, security, documentation, monitoring, and reporting of the clients; DC, Exchange, Remote, and Backup servers.• Lots of outward client-facing experience both through the ticket que and phones, to onsite visits meeting with and building relationships/rapport with clients and customers. Professionally carried the image of the company 24/7 and supported clients accordingly.• 24/7 on-call experience responsible for all tier 2 needs and some but limited to tier 3, these issues occasionally get escalated due to the need of supervisor access to the tools that fix these types of issues.• Client documentation tools and strategies are managed both through local and web based tools, and updated on a regular basis, as needed, or as the information becomes available through bi-annual meetings.• I partake in a rigorous, and heavily regimented study program to attain 2 well-weighted certifications simultaneously.• I work in and on a personal IT server/workstation lab/range as part of an ongoing effort to stay fresh on the higher echelon of admin techniques, procedures, and functions, where I use VMWare Esxi, Hyper-V, and RDS connection to manage a virtual- domain environment.

• With Caliber Software I serve as the sole and lone IT infrastructure and management engineer. I manage all aspects of the backbone, from layer 1 to layer 8 (in IT we call that the user layer). I have taken on more project management through organization through multiple ongoing scopes of work, that include multiple projects, with multiple outcomes and timelines. Various projects include building testbed VM clusters, spec out Email Exchange servers, research and cross compare data centers as the best fit to host infrastructure as a service (Iaas) to include bandwidth and rack amenities. Server management to include DNS, DHCP, ACTIVE DIRECTORY, HYPER-V, and EXCHANGE. When all project scopes were finalized and brought to completion, the vast network scope was meticulously documented through Visio network diagram topology, and network details explained.

With TBC, I serve as an in the field client/customer facing IT Consultant. I assist TBC clients with much needed guidance, assistance, and support on everything from day-to-day workstation/printer networking and logical/physical networking issues and troubleshooting.  In addition, I'll meet with clients to assess needs.  Here l then interface with them and assess what they have, gather a clear understanding of what they need/want, clearly articulate what that gap is of where they are and where they want to be, I give them options and pathways to get there. We cover everything from project scope to hardware/software needs, timeline, budget, legal "what-if" constraints if any, and then on going post completion support. For this, one needs to have an in depth understanding of networking and backbone systems infrastructure, and be able to see the need and the want of the client and engineer both; a fix, an update, and remedy to their current situation. I handle numerous MS Exchange Server both Migration AND transition projects and build-out expansion/upgrade projects. With that I manage clients' Active Directory and within it organizational unit modularity so as to restructure as importation is done during said migrations as well. Lots of product knowledge capability and compatibility is a must as is needed to make aforementioned recommendations for customers in their upgrade/improvement endeavors. Lastly, with all this I have developed the knowledge to setup, maintain, install/uninstall, configure, teach/train, and operate the usage of all hardware software.
