Onboarded to Air IT as part of the Scoria Tech Acquisition.I learned to be able to quickly get to grips with an unfamiliar range of environments, becoming part of a larger team required working with my new colleagues to share knowledge on how to work with Scoria Client systems and bring the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line team up to speed quickly in a fast paced Service Desk environment.I remained part of the 1st line support team, ensuring proper movement of triage, 1st line queries and escalation into the third line team. Liaising with Projects, Sales, Procurement and Account management teams where necessary.Visited site on scheduled visits to Scoria Clients alongside 2nd line team members and occasional solo visits.Onboarded and worked closely alongside new starters to Air IT in their first few weeks, organised team daily meetings to keep the service desk up to date with the latest.

Working in a high pace environment troubleshooting 1st/2nd line problems, maintaining consistent and clear communication with the client to ensure proper resolution. Being the first point of contact for any IT queries or technical issues.I experienced maintaining a wide range of environments at Scoria Tech, clients were varied in their business sector, size and complexity of infrastructure.Primarily built on Hybrid On Premises / Azure infrastructure, I maintained environments using Intune for device management for Windows, IOS, Android and MacOS,Also maintained RDS, WVD and Windows 365 systems for remote and hybrid workers.Gained insight into working with Defender for Office.Setting up starters, new devices using Autopilot, troubleshooting hardware issues throughout device lifecycle, liaising with account management when laptops reach EOL for new provisioning. Actioning leavers timely ensuring access is revoked and rebuilding devices for reuse.I worked with colleagues in the team and ensured the proper escalation procedure to the 3rd line team is followed swiftly where necessary for complex P1 issues.
