Greeting contractors, suppliers, Creating & Authorising access for Colleageues to access building areas. Setting up meeting rooms for colleagues & third parties. Completing all relevant paperwork & completing Microsoft excel spreadsheets. Creating & updating procedures for several departments within Stepchange. Replenishment of stock, Providing training to colleagues, Building safety checks, Ensuring health & safety is adhered too in the workplace.

I have worked here at Stepchange for the last 4 years. My duties include completing Excel spreadsheets, issuing letters on Microsoft word & printing, Scanning for a variety of departments & general admin duties such as receiving post & allocating this to a variety of teams. I have also helped a variety of departments over the term of my employment & enjoyed helping recruitment with interviewing potential new colleagues for the plan activations department.

I worked in a variety of departments for the Yorkshire & Clydesdale bank. My role included setting affordable payment plans up with customers, processing payments, increasing credit limits & going through income & expenditures with customers to help those in financial difficulty. I also helped the 3rd party debt team, speaking to a variety of creditors & 3rd party family members. Additionally to this I have helped the complaints team in resolving customer complaints, helping the processing team process standing orders & direct debits & helped coach other members of staff.
