Responsible for implementation of teacher, school, and leader effectiveness measures for Baltimore City Schools as the director of a 12 member team with a $2.1 million budget. My role was to oversee the design and implementation of these systems as well as lead our educator engagement strategy, quantitative analyses, and communications plan. Finally, my team conducts two-day qualitative visits to schools (known as School Effectiveness Reviews) as part of our school effectiveness initiative.
