Why did I request to connect? I may have seen one of your posts and I like your content. For some of you, I may have worked or went to school with you. Some others, we may be able to work together in the future. To all of you that stick around, I want peace and prosperity for you and I both, equally. Me? That is a quick, short story... I held a certified agricultural Agent in Charge license in the State of Illinois managing a team of production techs working with cannabis in western Illinois for the past 2 years. I've taught people how to harvest, trim, and properly package a variety of products such as flower, joints, vapes, and concentrates. I've updated and implemented SOPs for training and monitoring production techs and Leads. I've trained machine operators on my knowledge of how to operate the WeighPack and Juanaroll production machines. I've trained people how to dispense distillate and live resin into vape carts, how to properly weigh a variety of concentrates, flower products and edibles in a sanitary environment. I've monitored and updated time cards for payroll, maintained disciplinary records, conducted coaching opportunities, delivered disciplinary write-ups, and hired and fired staff. I've worked in conjunction with human resource departments to develop accountability and enforcement of company policies. I created a weekly report for the State of Illinois by data farming Biotrack inventory reports and creating excel worksheets for each inventory item the state requires a cannabis company to report. New cannabis farms have a mountain of information that is beneficial to business development and not everyone is utilizing that. You by far have a greater opportunity to maximize your companies efficiency by understanding every piece of your company from your staff to the smallest or largest quantity of a product you have on your shelves. My former boss often said "You can say f*ck in front of me but you should never say I Can't." He wasn't the greatest boss but he wasn't the worst. Many of you reading this are under-paid, you don't get enough sleep, and too many of us all walk around dehydrated. I'm 47 and I have worked with cannabis since 1996.
