Eden Capital Investment Group is a boutique Family Office / Private Equity Fund, specializing in middle-market direct investment, Real Estates, Mid-Stage Ventures, Technologies, Entertainment, Banking Instruments, Factoring, Asset-backed Bridge Loans, Reverse Mergers, LBO, Special Situations, etc. Ban Tran joined Eden Capital in 2018 as a Managing Partner, focusing on emerging markets, advanced technologies, government contracts, and social impact strategies. Currently, Ban leads the investment strategy into the emerging markets by de-risking the investment through the implementation of a top-down approach. Ban has proposed to secure the government contracts for 6 projects through Public-Private-Partnerships (PPP) with emerging countries in the ECOWAS, Southeast Asia, and Latin America regions. Collaborate in expanding the center into the Latin America market for joint research and academic. Collaborate with the Ministry of Port Authority of Dominican Republic in PPP as consultants for major supply chain and seaport expansion. Aster Family Advisors, is a boutique Family Office advisory firm serving many highly affluent international families. Aside from his current roles in other business groups, Ban was also invited by Ms. Leah Zveglich, to collaborate in a partnership in Aster Family Advisors to develop The Aster Club. The Aster Club is a community of learning where prominent families leverage the platform for legacy development, preservation of wealth, strategy, education, succession planning and co-investment. Due to his extensive relationships and experiences working with many ultra high net worth families, Ban will temporarily act as the Relationship Manager to deal directly with the families as well as the gatekeeper and decides which external projects are viable for the club to look at for investment consideration (until the Club is established). Thereafter, Ban will continue to independently and indirectly support the Aster Club by recommending families that may be the right fit for the Club, while still collaborating as a member of the mastermind to help the Club expand on its social enterprise endeavors.

Collaborate with the Vietnam Trade Commission to expand trade between Vietnam and the Western countries. Products sourced ranged from commodities like rice and rubber, to finished goods like furniture and clothing. YORLINK also partnered with H.M. Distributor, a leading food & beverage distributor for the Spanish community in the East Coast, to supply food & beverage products to Jetro, Restaurant Depot, Costco, ShopRite , Stop & Shop, and many Spanish supermarket chains.
