I am responsible for managing Australian Unity’s portfolio of Wellbeing Precinct developments amounting to nine individual projects, and for the establishment and management of the funds targeting Specialist Disability Accommodation, Student Accommodation, housing, and other property sectors.I maintain responsibility and oversight for the planning outcomes and delivery of the $1.1 billion Herston Quarter development project spanning the development of:- a ~$350 million, 120 bed, public health facility, - ~2,000 car parks, - the ~$60 million redevelopment and adaptive reuse of significant heritage buildings, - a ~$120 million, 120 bed, private hospital, - the sale of land for residential development, - a ~250 room Wellbeing precinct, and - the supporting infrastructure for this project.
