Having trained and worked as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer for over 12 years I have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering. I have a proven track record demonstrating my ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of equipment at high pressure and on a tight time schedule.My experience covers Injection Moulding (Fanuc, Demag, Milicron Ferromatic), Injection Blow Moulding (Uniloy and Sabmann), and Extrusion Blow Moulding (Uniloy) manufacturing working within the Pharmaceutical and Medical industry in a cleanroom environment. Alongside this I have worked closely with a range of automated robotic systems (Fanuc, ATM, Wemo, and Wittmann) and a vast range of ancillary equipment that includes material handling dosing, loader, and vacuum systems (Movacolor, Maguire, Motan, Jenco, Moretto), vision systems, leak testing, water heaters, weight conveyor, and more. As well as this I also have a solid base of understanding regarding compressed air, water chiller, and water treatment systems. I am a highly motivated person eager to find new opportunities that allow me to learn and improve my skillset. I am confident that the skills and experience I have accumulated make me a valuable asset to any engineering team and I am excited to continue learning and growing as an engineer.
