Construction Superintendent
CurrentI am currently a Superintendent for Sublime Homes, we build custom homes and semi custom homes in north west Indiana. I am in charge of setting up every builds schedule. I also maintain the schedules throughout the build process making sure every trade partner completes there work to our quality standards and on time. I also manage the warranties of the homes after they are completed. I am also responsible for all other field related work being completed at any given time. Weather we are getting lots ready for new builds, doing quality control checks throughout the build and a final quality sign off on the houses. I work with our trade partners daily making sure they have and understand the specs, plans, selections, and any other details that may pertain to the build.
