Assist in various projects consisting of reconciling internal controls through use of spreadsheets and process flow charts (mapping). Creating a summary worksheet including all divisions of internal controls into one spreadsheet and printing hard copies to organize binders for all parties involved.Matching revenues to national clients, also using Excel. Combining individual client accounts to their parent company for a total revenue from each client as a whole.Reconciled old controls with new controls for the new year by making necessary changes. In a short period I have learned a lot about the working environment and completed multiple small tasks as well as a few projects working independently with little help from my supervisor.

- Adjust 2012 entries for each of the 10 seperate entities using invoices, bank statements, and contacting office managers of each entity- Create a uniform way of making quickbooks entries by each entity starting 2013- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, Human Resource Entries, Benefits, Expense Reports, Financial Reports- Create spreadsheets for each project assigned for future ease with solving any errors or disputes; also for organizing monthly entries to be made in quickbooks
