Timico is an independent managed IT & Cloud provider. I was responsible for generating, developing, and closing opportunities to bring new-logo clients to Timico. I engaged with C-suite decision makers to demonstrate the benefit of moving their technology provision to Timico, focusing on Cloud adoption and managed services. I focus on cost (TCO) reduction, getting ahead of the competition or moving services to the Cloud for added resilience and security. In addition to the in-house DC hosting capabilities, Timico are Microsoft Gold partners, providing services such as O365 and Azure.

I focussed on bringing new organisations to Vodafone, specialising in local government, health, and blue-light services. I successfully generated, developed, and won opportunities through a variety of methods. Regularly communicating with CIOs, Heads of IT, Departmental Directors and Transformation leads, to demonstrate how Vodafone’s total communications can reduce spend and increase efficiency and agility.

Thirteen years as a police officer saw me undertake a variety of investigation and leadership roles across Hampshire and London, being promoted to the rank of Inspector. I have been involved in frontline policing, responding to threats, investigating crimes and managing risk. I successfully led the very busy central Southampton area, overseeing investigations and exceeded performance targets in key areas. I led the department responsible for managing the resource allocation of over 6000 staff, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to reach our targets and keep the public safe. I led a successful restructure of the department and introduced a performance framework for the first time. I worked for two years with the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) National Community Tension Team, developing policy and influencing its roll out with all of the country's police forces and many local and national public sector organisations. I was a key part of the team responsible for leading the large-scale changes within Hampshire police to achieve the substantial savings required by CSR2.I have been commended for bravery, and for my commitment to the diverse communities of Southampton.
