As a Senior Consultant I was engaged in a variety of projects in a number of roles for both end-clients and business partners, including design; implementation and best-practice consulting; training and user support.

• supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, delivering and managing data selections using IBM EMM (Unica) – Campaign and SQL- supporting the most complex, business critical and high profile campaigns for our key brands- throughout the complete customer journey• the timely supply of accurate data (to deliver 6 million emails per week)• maintaining and planning our automated marketing activity through the scheduling and prioritising of campaigns • liaising with internal stakeholders to consider business and customer needs by managing our over-arching rules of engagement in order to use our data effectively, efficiently and to its maximum potential• handling large data with transferrable and bespoke software• supporting mainstream markets as they have migrated onto the Unica solution• overseeing the changes necessary to enable the migration of campaign selections to our in-house team- working with our customer data team to ensure the correct data is available in our database- enhancing and improving the quality of the data in our database- working closely with our marketing solutions partner, who host our database- carrying out UAT testing in order to sign off the development• suggesting and implementing innovative ideas, for example, making use of existing software for better efficiency within CRM in marketing• training and supporting both new members of staff and existing colleagues on the software we use and technical issues and queries (including being the subject matter expert for Unica and Excel)• supporting customer decisioning - providing technical and practical feedback on how to apply our revised customer propensity models into our current marketing platform • technical understanding and knowledge of the Unica platform, allowing me to:- build complex flow-charts- deliver accurate one to one personalised campaigns- identify issues and resolve them- support Unica related questions
