A Ford Power Stroke Diesel Rep and Parts Sales Manager for Blue Diamond Parts has many different roles and responsibilities. I manage and directly support 55 key Ford dealerships in Virginia, DC, Maryland, and Delaware that generate, through diesel part sales, over $20 million in my zone. Work with parts and service departments to ensure that sales and customer service retention are high and on target. Consult dealer personnel on strategy and marketing of sales of diesel parts. I’m responsible for supporting the dealer to reach their individual sales targets, maximizing all resources that are available to reach these targets, and utilize supporting programs that allow the dealerships to prosper in diesel sales. Provide and conduct training to dealer personnel and their customers through proper diesel training guidelines. Work with other Ford support staff in the Washington Region to team up and support our dealers to our common goal; to meet sales goals. Makes sales calls with dealer personnel to support their independent repair facility, maintenance fleet, and government fleet customers. Guide and consult dealers in the Power Stroke Diesel Direct Program, a program that is unique only to the diesel side of parts and service. To promote Ford, FCSD, Blue Diamond Parts, support staff, and dealerships to the fullest.

Managing both Parts and Service and having been a technician for Price Kia, has built me into a well rounded and valuable team leader in the automobile service industry. Service manager responsibilities range from customer care, maintaining Kia warranty policies, Virginia State Inspection Administrator, training and safety supervisor to managing the day to day operations of a automobile service business.
