I am a driven and passionate professional with extensive technical and leadership experience across various sectors. With a robust technical background, I have hands-on experience with a wide array of platforms and toolsets. I am committed to continuous learning, and staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations in the tech space.Currently I work for Silicon Plains and play a large role in the day to day operations for our entire service team and help with implementation of new technologies and procedures. Key accomplishments in this role include launching new service offerings for our clients and streamlining internal processes and workflows to allow us to optimize our operations and increase efficiency even as we scale.In the past I have also worked as a retail manager for multiple high volume c-stores in the Tri-Cities area where I was consistently overseeing teams of 10-20 employees. I also worked as a hiring/training manager for our territory and gained extensive experience managing small and mid sized teams.Outside of work I am an avid hiker, photographer, and drone enthusiast!
