Superintendent of ReconstructionWorking as the point of contact with homeowners and building management companies for the daily monitoring of jobsites throughout their reconstruction phase within a designated zone. Setting and running pre-construction meetings with labor crews, advising on expected job tasks, completion schedules and monitoring of all jobsite progress to ensure completion within time and budget guidelines.

A/R duties include but are not limited to the review of all jobs submitted for build to ensure accurate insurance estimates, completion of government required documents and proper job materials ordered. Billing of the property owner for all work completed, entering of all payments for the job being built and warranty processing upon payment in full. Estimator/Inspector duties include a physical inspection of properties for large scale estimates and working with all departments management to write the final bid proposals for said properties.
