Ryan is the Senior Director, Global Executive Compensation at Walgreens Boots Alliance. He is responsible for all compensation and governance matters impacting the VP+ executive population, including incentive plan design, stock plan and ESPP administration, the annual CD&A disclosure, and shareholder engagement from an EC/TR lens. He also leads the development of Compensation Committee materials and presents at the quarterly Committee meetings.Prior to joining WBA, he was a Director in Willis Towers Watson's Executive Compensation practice in Chicago, having advised Compensation Committees and management teams on a broad spectrum of executive compensation matters.
