Assistant Store Manager
Current- Responsible for leading, developing, and motivating team to provide the best possible customer experience that creates rapport and brand connection. Partnering with the SM, I assist in the profitability of the store.
- KPI Accountability (MOD) - as "Selling Manager” I analyze business traffic and metrics, communicate daily goals, ensure client engagement.
- Visuals - implementation of VM directives aligned with company standards, monitoring product sell through to best affect business.
- Training and Development - through pre-shift communication, TBs (performance coaching), and training exercises (in-store and virtual)Key Skills - Driving Sales, Client Service Management, Strategic Visual Planning.
