Contributed to store profitability by ensuring KPIs were met or exceeded. My SLRs included: BOH Operations, Merchandising, and Training.I was responsible for coordinating daily tasks around my team to provide the best balance of service, product knowledge, and operations, resulting in a leading and personable shopping experience.● Training/Staff Development - provided through daily pre-shift communication, module training classes, bi-annual reviews, and one-on-one touch base feedback.● Ensuring team is knowledgeable and comfortable with Omni channel resources, and equipped for use to maximize business.● Created and communicated store systems and action plans to improve productivity, and exceed regional expectations regarding conversion, operations, and data capture.● Community Outreach - Built nationwide relationships to promote brand and drive traffic. Also, contacting schools, gyms, hospitals, LVMPD, LVFD, and other community members to conduct store events based around the brand and particular community interests.● Through direction of the Store Manager, ensures successful implementation of programs, policies, routine and seasonal initiatives, and specific store needs.● Assists the Store Manager in ensuring there are effective succession, recruiting, hiring and training plans, resulting in lower store turnover. Develop staff by evaluating and providing performance feedback (performance and potential), seizing all coaching and training opportunities and fostering a team environment to meet store and company objectives.● Promotes a high performance culture by setting clear expectations, holding employees accountable, and setting goals that focus the team on key drivers that impact success.● Takes clear accountability for training and execution of in-store in all areas, including business operations, client service, and visuals.● Assume responsibility for accuracy of all cash management and ensure that shrink control within store is minimized.
