As the program coordinator at the Boys and Girls Club of Albany I am responsible for a number of duties including but not limited to -Coordinating 8-10 part time employees -Overseeing implementation and delivery of programs and activities daily -providing guidance and discipline to members -Preparing and rendering reports to the direct supervisor -Tracking daily attendance -Thoroughly understanding of budget and money reconciliation processes. Fostering positive relationships with members and their families.
