FORMER:Brand Leader / Department Head for key 5 years 2014 - 2019, for BENTOURS (& Hurtigruten under GSA 3 years 2016 - 2019) in Australia & New Zealand. Oversee commercials, consistent high growth, supplier relationships, strategic product development, sales and distribution - while building brand awareness through B2B & B2C channels with marketing teams. My hands on approach has seen the Bentours (& Hurtigruten) brands achieve an average of 40% growth each year, securing Bentours place as the leading Scandinavian & Polar Specialists in Australia & New Zealand. In 2019, we have been awarded an APAC Australian Enterprise Award for “Scandinavian Travel Specialists of the Year 2019.” Focus on wholesale, creation and launch of travel product to market, print/brochure production, marketing & brand leadership, key account management - and leading high performing and successful teams. Primary destinations in Bentours portfolio include Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Russia, Baltics, Arctic & Antarctica. New destination & product development / mapping in portfolio include Canada, Alaska, Scotland, England, Poland, Germany. Expedition cruising expansion also a continued key focus.
