While President of the LifeSpa & Tennis brands at Life Time Fitness, significantly improved EBITDA performance by upgrading to "A list" in-market talent (massage therapists, hair stylists, estheticians), creating and launching new branded programing, increasing lifetime value of clients with pricing and package optimization, and leveraging operating costs.Previously served as SVP of Revenue Management and Strategy at 24 Hour Fitness, a Forstmann & Little portfolio company, and the second largest fitness chain in the US with over 400 owned locations, responsible for all marketing, pricing, product, sales channels, sales processes, and promotional decisions for the Membership & Personal Training categories, as well as capital (Real Estate) strategy. Represented management in the successful sale of the company to AEA Investors in 2014.
