Act as business lead for the internal cloud based Learning Management System (Cornerstone). In addition, lead large scale, orginization wide projects and initiatives.

Act as business lead for the internal cloud based Learning Management System (Cornerstone). Lead HR projects targeted at improving operational efficiencies. Provide consultation for the largest, most complex and highly visible client engagements.

Identify, create and facilitate any Cornerstone (CSOD) training needed for front and back end users. Explore, test and make recommendations on any new functionality within CSOD. Act as a central idea hub for learning elevations into CSOD. Create and execute rollout plans for new and existing courseware.

Facilitate training for job specific functions as well as soft skills.

Elevate/Coordinate classes within People Soft Learning Management System (LMS)

Support function specific training classes from a technical perspective. Assisted as an on-the-job trainer/coach for newhire classes.
