I lead our Marketing Strategy, Project Management, Marketing Operations, Demand Management, Analytics, and Martech teams. I support Enterprise initiatives on the enterprise project governance council as well as the enterprise Service Council. I have responsibility for a multiyear strategic plan focused on digital optimization, brand management, and building a customer experience practice to drive revenue growth. I have interim responsibility for PR, Media Advertising, and Associate Communications.

I led the business of marketing, including strategic direction, insights, impact assessment, demand management, marketing operations, project management, and financial planning. I implemented and rebuilt EMC Operations to focus on effective execution and transparency. Planned marketing budget aligned enterprise goals and investment created and began execution of marketing impact roadmap—Realigned Program Management to focus on the execution of crucial initiates.

Led the divisional Marketing leaders for our worksite, individual, and retirement solutions divisions. Created impact reviews to ensure our divisional Presidents had a line of sight and influence over our efforts and impacts. Created standard practices across the divisions that prepared the way for a more strategic approach to marketing maturity.

Built new Product Marketing and Sales Enablement team for ILFS focused on career distribution refinement and significant growth in long-term care products. Proven success in campaigns driving sales in select organizations. Partnered to double sales results with relationships that ran and supported the consumer and producer campaigns. Simplified the product’s value propositions and marketplace story to help support our distribution partners and wholesalers in attracting new customers and partners with an outside in approach. Led the implementation of sales tools to simplify the sales process.

Lived on site for six months. •Primary liaison with E-services call center vendor after initial implementation. •Learn, document, and train back office systems (LifePro, Issue SHARP, AS400). •Suggested and documented process improvements that saved the company money on unnecessary premium return expenditures.
