Responsible for the oversight and management of all Table Games Operations. Monitors and oversees Table Game operations including guest relations to successfully achieve a cost effective and profitable department. Ensures employee/guest compliance and conforms to regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures for efficient gaming operations.• Responsible for reviewing work schedules, payroll, and evaluations for all Table Games employees.• Designs and maintains the proper security measures against cheating, external and internal, inkling scams, illegal gambling devices, card counters, etc.• Oversees the drop win to monitor for unusual fluctuations.• Creates and monitors marketing promotions in conjunction with the Marketing department.• Evaluates and monitors ongoing promotions to determine their effectiveness.• Ensures an open atmosphere that promotes skill enhancement. Responsible for annual forecasting and budgeting process.• Establishes and implements Table Games Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures, training manuals, and job descriptions in conjunction the with Human Resource department.• Raises or lowers table limits to suit casino needs.• Performs duties of subordinates as needed in the supervisor capacity.• Ensures employee awareness of Internal Controls.• Ensures Casino, and Departmental Policies, and Procedures are followed.• Greets customers and maintains a friendly and inviting atmosphere.• Increases department's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, disciplining, and termination of employees as needed.• Prepares and hold bi-monthly staff meetings.• Prepares monthly departmental reports.• Ensures supplies are readily available.• Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.• Reviews the hold percent for reasonableness.• Performs other duties as required.

I am confident I would be able to determine the future viability of casino floors, card clubs, poker rooms, and pit operations. Given a favorable prognosis, implement a successful plan of action. Once a general understanding of the business operations and regional industry standards have been established, I present my findings, and prognosis, to the appropriate administration at the property. Should it be determined that my recommended course to profitability lie within acceptable levels of risk, I will move forward in implementing our joint efforts.

Manufactured a new set of policies and procedures at Big Jim's Gambling Hall & Saloon in Cripple Creek, Colorado. The staff I brought on board is high paced, high energy, FUN, and the most entertaining group of individuals around! We created a unique pit atmosphere here in Colorado! We're young and full of energy! This is a unique place to enjoy yourself while watching the game, gambling, or playing with our unique promotions. Taking gaming to another level one step at a time.

Lumberjack Days, Stillwater Marathon, Rivertown Art Festival, July-4 Stillwater & Drum Beauty.Coordinated aspects of all events that were not on stage. This ranged from organizing the line up for the 150+ unit parade, to arranging all food vendors to comply with fire regulations. Also, managed volunteers and staff throughout the events (totaling over 100 individuals). Being the on staff information specialist and coordinator was just another aspect to this unique, fun, atmosphere.

Brought into Running Aces by Table Games Manager Mike Horobin, to hire and train all dealers and supervisors. I was asked to manage all aspects of the poker room as well as handle hiring and training of all new employees. Was given a task to also coordinate the schedule for over 200 employees. Tasks also included handling a budget, scheduling, dealer rotations, training, promotions, budgets, and writing policy and procedures for all Casino operations.Brought excitement to the table on Day 1, months before hiring any other employees.Successfully produced a profitable Poker Room.Kicked off several unique promotions.Created and maintained the Social Media strategy surrounding Running Aces.Collaborated with all Casino officials to increase our bottom line.Maintained Payroll and Scheduling.Also created a unique, fun, entertaining, and profitable Poker Room. Four of us trained, hired, and supervised all of the gaming floor staff. With the guidance and direction from our Director, Mike Horobin, we made Running Aces an instant success.

Recruited by Treasure Islands Gaming Director and General Manager, to manage and direct all aspects of the poker room. Coordinate and facilitate all training, hiring, organization, tournaments, payroll, scheduling, and to promote the room. Entrusted with management of organization’s finances. Trained other directors, floor supervisors, and supervisors from other departments in such items as, installation of new servers to updating and adding current applications. Collaborated with Casino President and Director of Gaming on implementing key directives. Arranged and conducted PR departmental processes to facilitate contact between all gaming administrators, directors, and the General Manager. First in position, setting all essential standards, outcomes, and visions.Spearheaded several efforts to recover rapidly weakening public image; proactively built and maintained effective relations with our players, and high-ranking officials of the casino.Successfully bolstered public image of Treasure Islands Poker Room.Created Policies and Procedures.Prior experience at Treasure Island includes, supervising the poker room, dealing blackjack, 3 Card Poker, 4 Card Poker, Texas Hold’em, Omaha, and 7 card stud for a collaboration of 3 years.
