Responsible for planning 8 granola production/packaging lines running 24/7 and reviewing changes by the customer to ensure proper ordering of raw materials and packaging. Responsible to manage all aspects of materials flow and to maintain control and accuracy over all goods inventories, including all transactions, cost, warehouse, receiving, and shipping to ensure that inventories are minimized and shipping throughput is maximized.
